2021 Pinot Noir Sparkling Wine

Made from the first ever harvest of our Estate Pinot Noir fruit, this traditionally made methode champenoise sparkling blanc de noirs is truly a labor of love.  This vintage sparkling wine is 3 years in the making and 100% made from our 2021 Pinot Noir crop.  Hand harvested and picked early in the season to make a perfect base cuvee, the fruit was loaded and pressed as whole clusters allowing the freshness and brightness to shine through.  Hand bottled and allowed to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle and aged on the lees for 30 months before hand riddled and finished in the true methode champenoise tradition.  Beautiful light hue in the glass with persistent bubbles with notes of brioche and toasted nuts along with a refreshing citrus and grapefruit backbone provided by the base Pinot Noir cuvee.  Truly a beautiful representation of sparkling wine from our limestone Estate Pinot Noir block that we are so delighted to share with you.
