2023 Unoaked Cabernet Franc

Hand harvested and sorted fruit from our Estate Cab Franc block.  Primary and secondary fermentation carried out subsequently in stainless tanks gives a lighter and more fruit forward body.  Up front aromatics of plum and smoked meats melds into a full palate of dark cherry and butterscotch notes.  Vibrant and lively in the glass with a lingering and spicy finish to complete this unique style of Cabernet Franc.
