2024 Sauvignon Blanc

Hand harvested Sauvignon Blanc fruit from the Doyle Family Vineyard on Keuka Lake is the starting point for our barrel fermented version of Sauvignon Blanc.  Lemon zest and floral aromatics fill the glass and are followed by tasting notes of peaches and cream along with a soft backbone of salinity that balances out the wine.  A rounded and lasting finish from barrel aging wraps up this unique version of Fingerlakes Sauvignon Blanc.
